Because of grace I was set free.

It wasn’t good enough just getting up [in the morning] to go to work or be a husband or a father, I was getting up for that next drink. Tarrant’s life was ruled by alcohol.

As time wore on drinking wasn’t enough. Tarrant began gambling, searching for another way to try to feel better, to try to ease the pain. His addictions gained control and his life spiraled downward.

“My addiction really got the best of me when I decided to try and end my life.”

In that moment Tarrant hit rock bottom, and out of sheer desperation he turned to God. He pleaded, “God, if you still have a plan for me, if there’s still purpose, I need you to show me a sign.”
